How to Play
Spend some time outside and collect a variety of objects such as leaves, sticks, stones, pine cones etc. Play a sorting game with your child, and encourage them to sort objects by type, colour, size, or weight.
You start by picking up some objects and ask your child to find some more. Look for a range of objects.
Make it Easier
Sort objects into only 2 or 3 groups.
Make it Harder
Sorting objects into many groups, or even subgroups. For example, by colour or size.
