Alphabet Hunt

Setup
2-7 minutes
Time required
Until your child finds all the letters of the alphabet
Materials
Coloured paper, tape, and markers.
How to Play
Cut out squares with each letter of the alphabet written in different colours. Mix them up and tape them on various surfaces around the house. Go through the alphabet with your child and encourage them to search around the house to find the letters and tape it to the wall in order.
Some Tips
Place the letters on high and low surfaces so that your child can jump and move around to find the letters.
Make it Easier
Find all the letters first, taping each one to a wall when found. When all the letters are found, put them in alphabetical order.
Make it Harder
Have your child find them in order, skipping over letters that are not yet needed. After a letter is found tape it in order on the wall.
