Can last from a couple minutes to much longer depending on how many times you and your child want to play. This can be done during other activities.

How to Play
Sing or play (and repeat) songs with fun, simple, clear lyrics. Encourage your child to sing along. When they get to know the songs you sing leave out parts of the song, and wait for your child to finish the missing phrase.
Some Tips
This activity can be done as a special song time activity (that can include actions or dancing) and also while doing other activities. Don’t worry about how your voice sounds. Kids don't expect concert singing.
Make it Easier
Play and/or sing simple children's songs. Pick one or two new songs until your child knows them well before adding another. (you can play other songs, but focus on 1-2 at a time).
Make it Harder
Introduce children's songs as well as a few of your own favourite (child friendly) songs. Leave out longer portions of a song for your child to sing.
