Mysterious Treasures
A guessing game where your child tries to guess the objects hidden in a bag using their sense of touch.

Time required
Can last from a couple minutes to much longer depending on how many times you and your child want to play.
Materials
Items from around the house of all shapes and sizes (such as a socks, bowl, picture of family, toys) and a bin or bag that cannot be seen through.
How to Play
Put household items in the bin or bag. Without looking, have your child reach in with his/her hands, feel an item and then name the item he/she is touching. Make it into a game with a goal of identifying as many items correctly, in the shortest amount of time possible.
Some Tips
Start with familiar items to build confidence.
Make it Easier
Do not set a time limit, use easy to identify objects, use toys or other items that make a sound, or use fewer items.
Make it Harder
Use items that are harder to guess, add many items, set a short time limit and use a timer or buzzer.
